Following the investor requirements, i designed small and medium-sized departments within walking distance of the beach, taking into account the sun, building techniques and the size and shape of  the property, also of  the amount of the investment, project to be development in Las Terrenas, Samana, Republica Dominican.

A little about myself and my works
In these works/images that I present, all the process in the images from conception to the 3d representation where done by myself.

I use Vectorworks architect platform where I build also technical drawings for the city and related professionals. Sometime if  I need it,  I'm using also photoshop to incorporate 3d image in existing site of the project. 3D Picture and conceptualization have been always my passion.

I studied architecture at the university of Santiago in Chile and worked after in different countries:  Dominican Republic, Mexico, USA and also here in Montreal.
Working  in fields related to architecture as a design manager in architectural office and lately working on my account with my own clients.

Actually i do work in designing , building the 3d model to the result of commercial presentation.
My interest are also in designing furniture's, sculptures and work in architectural contest.

A lot of my hobbies are turning around culture: visiting  museums and archaeological sites.(south, central and north america sites)
